The heart and soul of our shop are Mengistu and his wife, Fantya. Mengistu is a passionate butcher and chef who brings over 20 years of experience in the meat and food industry. Renowned for his precision, hospitality, and deep knowledge of Ethiopian cuisine, he takes great pride in delivering high-quality products and authentic flavors to every customer. Fantya plays an essential role in running both the shop and the kitchen. Her warm personality, attention to detail, and unwavering dedication help create the welcoming, community-focused atmosphere that our customers know and love.
